Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, Dolce and Gabanna, Victoria’s Secret

What do all of these have in often besides being some of the most well known fashion labels in the world?

They all set MAJOR standards for beauty, health, and fitness for all of us

While many might argue the unrealistic standards of beauty these brands set, it is undeniable that there are certain standards of health and fitness that exist for all of us, even if we don’t aspire to be the next Victoria secret fashion model or Calvin Klein underwear model

But health and fitness are very important areas in life, and should remain a focus for all of us in order to live more fulfilling, enriching, and long lasting lives

I have developed a workout method that offers immediate results, does not require much time, and gives you access to the dream body you always desired

As I previously stated in one of my other articles on how to eat delicious and healthy, Now You Can Eat Great and Get In Shape

Exercise and the right diet are the two critical components to having a healthy lifestyle that also results in the body of your dreams

Now when I did research on the right workout program, just like when I researched the proper diet, I was pointed in a variety of directions

I was told by some experts to utilize interval workouts and focus on certain body parts for longer periods of time

Other fitness and health experts stated that the best way to get healthy and in shape was to do full body workouts, and evenly space your workout time among every part of your body during a single workout period.

The differences in opinions went on and on

What I found out that allowed me to develop high results, low time involvement workout plan was the notion of utilizing brevity and focus in my workouts

I decided that each day would differ in terms of body parts focused on for workout, but they would remain constant in terms of doing the same type of workout every other day

This allows ligaments and muscles time to recover and grow, while during the rest period maximizing your workout on other areas of your body

The results I achieved were truly impressive

Within weeks I had transformed my body to this

4299_87611392898_576727898_1773957_3885108_n

All it took was about 20-30 minutes a day (Max) six days a week for about a month

So all you need to do is sacrifice one TV show (not entourage, I don’t expect miracles 😉 ) and you can achieve results nearly identical to what I have achieved personally

The workout plan I use is as follows

Monday: Full Body Workout with Abdomen Emphasis

12 Reps in sets of 2 for the following exercises

4 exercises focusing on upper than lower abs, followed by 2 exercises focused on obliques and transverse abdomen. Then 4 exercises focusing on upper body, followed by 3 exercises focusing on legs

The key is to work out a little bit of every muscle group, giving you a superior physique and quicker results despite your specific desired results

Here is a website that covers nearly every exercise available for the muscle groups I mentioned (with both home and gym workout options)

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.htm

An example workout plan for Monday could include the following exercises

Crunches, bent leg knee raises, oblique v-up,  bridge, back extensions, squat, bench press, pull down, military press, uptight row, triceps pushdown, leg extension, biceps curl, leg curl

Tuesday:

20-30 Minutes of Cardio (Running, Rollerblading, Walking, etc)

Wednesday:

Same as Monday or do intervals (3 reps then 10 second break and repeat for 15 minutes, on 3 different  muscle groups (pushups for upper body, full crunches for abdomen, squats for legs)

Thursday:

Same as Tuesday

Friday:

Same as Monday but leg emphasis

Saturday:

Same as Tuesday but do intervals (warm up for 3 minutes, walk for 1 minute, then run for a minute, rinse and repeat)

Sunday:

Day off

If you have no workout experience or have not worked out in a long time that you should do less than what I have asked for starting out (10 reps in single sets for the first few weeks), you do not want to follow the process of “no pain no gain” as that will sacrifice your overall health for negligible increases physical appearance

Bear in mind, my example workout exercises are just a template, as long as you are focusing on the muscle areas I mentioned before, and perform the proper amount of sets and reps, you will achieve results

Best of luck to you in your workouts, feel free to email any questions and post your success stories in the comments!

What Gabe with the power post.

You but on the real, i just started working out yesterday. I got two sessions in right now. I pretty much can put together a good workout on my own. I swam growing up so i know what it takes to be fit, but i never really had to watch what i ate or had to pay particular attention to my abs. I mean youve seen me, im semi cut and i dont do shit. But i NEED to get some good ab workouts goin cuz i got the man pooch now.

Also i know you eat like a god. Only the best for you Scott. But what are some good breakfast or morning workout things to eat if your on a strenth building type workout?

Im typing this all without even hitting up your link yet, so sorry if you answer all this in the article. ITs just that i saw your body in that mirror and i had to initiate.
